It's hard to believe it's been almost three years since I was sworn in as Lt. Governor on January 13, 2003. As always, I am grateful for your loyal and generous support over the years.
In the past three years, we've won important victories for Illinois consumers and taxpayers, and we've helped our soldiers and veterans and their families. But we have many more causes to fight for and win.
